life of ACT 6 puck?
Ive had it in for over a year now and this weekend it started to get hard to get into gear from a stop and even at speed, i have to take my time changing.

Im thinking that the disc is worn to the rivets...

How long did the disc last for you?

My act disk lasted 4 months and the springs popped out of the disk. Act clutches IMO are garbage and I'll never buy one again. I've been having great luck with a competition clutch iron man series.

ive owned nothing but act clutches.

my current clutch is a xtreme pressure plate and 6 puck sprung disk. 240whp-280-305-whp-400whp-260whp n/a-200whp n/a.

hundreds of launches and roll on burn outs, countless nights of racing and just all out madness.

never once had a problem with it or any of my act clutches.

stratton.

I have their 6 puck unsprung and it's probably seen 100 launches and lots of abuse. I'd say it has about 15k miles on it but it does need to be replaced... Unfortunately because it's so aggressive the flywheel needs changing too.
