for 200$ its not bad for what it does. mind you alot of companies stand alone ecu do this for a reason. you need some thing like this for dog boxes or sequential gear boxes to make them shift better and create less wear and strain on the gear box. a NLTS setup would also be beneficial to a standard gear box. turbo guys with a box that can do a rally style anti lag you would be able to keep more boost pressure up between shifts. more boost = lower et and less abuse on the clutch and gearbox.
