Nope, especially if its the original flywheel and never been taken off before, rust and stuff will build up on it where it meets the crank. Plus its a tight fit on the hub of the crank anyways.
Just use two pry bars on opposite sides and work it off slowly. It will come off.

you tap it with the mallet. you do not want to score the crank mounting surface. I usually tap on the corners then pry until the flywheel moves. then wiggle it by hand until it comes off.
Soo i took a picture of it after being resurfaced, i thought it was a stock one (never seen a sr20 stock flywheel) but a few friends of mine tell me its lightweighted aftermarket. Anybody recognizes it ? No brand names nowhere and couldnt find one that looks like this online, lmk if you know anything about this flywheel.
