Forget WOT. If tuning Nistune, Calum or chipped ECU, simply adjust or uncheck Alpha-N WOT operation (or set it to 255 / 5V / etc).
0.45V - 0.55V TPS Closed is the range, which makes 0.50V the best to aim for.
Do it with a consult-like program because it is the voltage that ECU sees that matters not the one measured with a voltmeter and because you can also set it to 0.50V closed but mess with the "TPS closed switch" which tells the ECU when to apply the idle tables.
If you are using anything other that a Factory Nissan ECU or the likes with stock firmware base (JWT ECU, Enthalpy ECU, Chipped ECU, Calum ECU or Nistune ECU...) forget about the FSM too.
Nismotronic simply unplug and replug the TPS with the car running... set
Other ECUs follow their instructions.
Needless to say, regardless of TPS make sure your throttle body opens fully when WOT
