That's what I thought. I'm running a gt35 and wanted to do a low cam switch like he did around 38ish but I kept reading 48ish or 5ish

Hey Lynch i can always send you my roller rocker turbo street tune, the rr is way weaker than the ve and it runs pretty good, all you would have to set is fuel so you can get to the dyno. lmk its off of a nistune ecu.

whats your setup?

i'll be running:

N60 maf (for now)
STI yellow injectors (520cc?)
stock fuel pressure

N62/370s/4 bar/2871r i guess I can send you my timing map, i think its pretty good.

That will be running too much timing down low.

Reason is, VE's low cams have 0 overlap, thus you get a pretty good and complete burn without sucking in any exhaust gasses. Because of this engine efficiency goes up, as your engine efficiency goes up less timing you have to run (hence you run a milder map for bigger cams like N1 cams).

It took me a while to realize this, thanks to BenFenner and a few others for walking me through a few things too.

Lynch once you get closer to boosting we'll build you a base map .
