I agree.

Did you actually build a boost leak adapter deal and check for boost leaks that way?

yes i did and jk tunning did it. he says i have a vaccume leak. i keep quiting and going back and looking. i whish i lived closer to some smater people lol. this is a det. and how do i reset my idle

Vacuum leak = leak somewhere in the intake track. On a boosted car, probably more specifically somewhere after the throttle body. Inspect all your hoses and intake manifold gaskets.
to reset your idle you will need to put your car in timing/idle adjustment mode. If you dont have a FSM, I'd suggest downloading one it will tell you exactly how to do it.
