Big parts are pain to ship, I understand. Keo was saying we should drive up there to pick it up. I just don't see my self leaving our 70*F weather here in Virginia for subzero New England weather

Do you tack the piping prior to welding it all together?

Is this all done with a MIG?

What kind of welder are you using?

Where did you get your rods from that you are using for the welds?

You tack it together then remove each runner one by one and fully weld it up. Then re-attach it to the flanges. Tig is the best type of welding for it. I used 308L for the runners and 309L for the Mazworx flange.

You can tack pretty much with anything. If you're working with stainless, tack with stainless. MIG, TIG, Flux-Core, whatever.
