It all depends on the size of your runner/velocity stack/volume of your plenum.
Using RMR's standard oval tubing/stacks a Q45 is enough. If I remember correctly it measures out to something like 43mm? Just about the limit for a Q45 TB to make "optimal" power. A true 90mm TB would be ideal at that size.
