Another batch of these are being made by John Shep for the 6 speed trans. I believe they are around $1400 for the set. These babies should take a lot of abuse.
Also the ring gear and final drive are a hell of a lot wider in the 6 speed compared the b13/b14/gtir and all the other old trans. Also a thicker and deeper tooth profile. Again id like to see someone break a final drive in a p12 or spec v trans. That would take some serious power to do so.
I emailed Shep the other day and he said they are in works of another run of them. The first batch sold like hotcakes and so far not a single complaint from anyone using them. Hopefully he has them done within the next couple months so that I can order a set to have on standby.
We will see how well the stock spec v gears hold up with 800+whp and no lift shifts into 3rd and 4th. Maybe after a couple easy shift passes just in case, lol.
