That's easy, all you have to do is move the piece that holds the axle over depending on the axle you use. Mazworx already offers an aluminum axle carrier bracket that this can be do to.

I might not post much about engine building or tunning but, when it comes to gearboxes I can talk for hours!!

^^^^^^^^^ is that piece full billet or you can separate the carrier from the flange.

You can unbolt the carrier from the bracket that bolts to the block.

I never had one of these brackets in my hands but looking at the one in the pic it seems like its 2 pieces bolt together . I would unbolt it and drill a new set of holes where ever the new alxe ends up being.

Yeah but was it a 600/800/9000 or are you saying tilton made you a custom one off? Would it be difficult to manufacture an adapter that could be shimmed to adjust the height of the bearing?
