Not a very good picture. I can see the main terminal which is the one with the red boot and what looks like a ground wire shoved into the m6 bolt hole for the ground wire. Below the red boot there should be a two wire plug that plugs into the alternator. Almost every nissan from early 90s through early 2000's and even more current use the same two wire connector for the alternator. I doubt yours is any different although the alternator itself looks different from the normal se-r alternators but still should use the same plug and if so you can replace it with a current model alternator for your car.

notice how that post is on the side on most alternators the post is on the top section...hmmm

you also said your car hasnt been charging and where the alternator harness is suppose to plug in isnt there that could cause a problem. also not having the alternator grounded isnt a good thing either

Somebody please tell me what alternator this is, more new pictures
so where i have that wire shoved in that hole is where a ground should be? because the wires to the red boot are fine and there are too spots below that 1 were i have the wire shoved in there and another where a ground is screwed on it just looked like a ground shoulda been where i had the wire shoved in also. so none of you guys have seen this alternator before? my luck lol

Yes there should be a ground there. The alternator harness includes the following; alt. ground, alt. +12(the red boot), single wire plug for AC comp., and the 2 wire alt plug that seems to be MIA along with your ground. It looks like a regular SR alt to me, but we still cant see further down below the red boot for where the 2 wire plug should go. Better pics?

that haggerad wire you need to put a eyelet on and ground it to the alt. and like everyone is saying where is a pic of the 2 wire connection? if that is broke or only has one wire in it that's the problem. the position of the b+ or 12v stud is different than normal though.
