Thread: temp gauge falling to cold on accel

wierd i just notice this last night on the way home from work on accel higher then 1/4 throttle the dash temp gauge would fall down to cold and jus free revving the engine would not change the dash readings any suggestions before i start looking into to it later ?

the wire to the sensor could be loose. My dd had a problem similar to this and it was just a loose wire

yep thats all mine was the connector was barely on the sensor

mine had that too... the wire was loose.
