I vote 1g dsm if you are trying to save money. Will hold what you need it to and won't break the bank. It was designed to be oem quality and holds around 20psi uncrushed.

BOVs are something you can buy used IMHO

I bought a turbonetics Raptor on here for cheap a few years back. It's practically a Greddy knock off made by a good company.

I've also bought real Greddy BOVs locally for under $100

I really like the sound of the HKS SSQV, but I do not have one. Right now I'm rocking a SARD R2D2. It just sounds like a whoooosh of air coming out. It's my friend's, I'll have to give it back someday, and then I will buy a SSQV.

I like my SSQV too. Works well IMO. I removed the Fin so it odesnt whistle anymore. Very quiet without it. Also they so sell other fins for the HKS. There is the one it comes with, the purple, gold, and the ricirc insert.

I hated my ssqv it had bad compressor surge no matter how I adjusted it. Now I have the Synapse synchronic and love it! Works 10x better and very pronounced when it opens :-)

Cheap and effective: 1G DSM BOV

Expensive and effective: Tial, Synapse Engineering, or JGS Precision
