BOV Preference
Getting ready to rebuild my car right now i have one of those ebay bov but i heard it leaks trying to do everything right this time also would like to try and save a much money as possible just wanted to know whats a good bov to go with i seen HKS ranging from 100 and up, Greddy for 150 or is there another brand you guys use??

on the cheap a 1 dsm bov will do the job right. If your going to spend the money I would buy a synapse unit.

For smaller turbos i like the Turbo XS RFL, nice sound to it, you can get the knock off and it doesnt leak boost like the greddy or Super Sequential knockoffs do and actually operates like the real one. On larger turbos I like the Tial Q 50mm bov. Has a nice loud woosh sound from it and does its job. With larger turbos you need something larger that can vent the large amount of boost and air volume. The smaller ones will cause surging.

I dont really like the sound of the super sequential. Sounds too ricey to me. I like the normal loud woosh sound of air escaping. Nothing with a high pitch or funny noise to it.

I dont really like the hks either, im running a t-28 right now and the biggest i may go is a disco or holset just plan on trying to make 350 this is gonna be my daily for now so dont want to go crazy

I like my blitz. I got it used but works good. Also the turbo xs rfl bov work really well and are inexpensive.
