From what I've seen it comes down to controlling 2 factors that determines what power you can make on a stock sr20:

1) avoiding detonation
2) controlling back pressure

Jamie knows lol, simple set up, made good power, feels healthy, fun as f* to drive.

Stock GTIr manifold and turbo are big enough not to choke up the stock VE?

With a good tune its a great setup. Kyles car made good numbers for such a simple setup.

im running off the stock wastegate(8psi) at the moment cause still saving some cash for a tune...pulls like the like it did on 75shot(250whp ve setup)

Guess I can finally add the end results of my planned setup I posted earlier in this thread. Made 723whp on 29psi of boost running out of wastegate spring.
