haven't read the whole thread, so it may have been brought up already, but Steve Rockwood was regularly making (IIRC) around 450whp on a DE with 72lb injectors with an SC61 on a protech log manifold tuned with a JWT 72lb ECU back in 2003-2004. I met him and saw his white b14 at the '04 convention at Streets of Willow, it was a beast and a half.

I have never understood why people want to do DET swaps or build motors to make less than 400whp. DE all day, I still haven't popped mine at 142,000 miles after tons of abuse at 15psi.

That's cause peole build their motors and run 15-20psi of boost. That handful of people that run big boost don't post up on here and/or are very secretive with their numbers besides ashton, coheed , that white b13 in the nyce1's video that was parted out and jamie etc etc. If and when I finish my build high boost is gonna be 30-35psi, then 20psi and low boost 15psi woot woot!
