So Josh, what gauges do we have installed? I want to run 3 gauges like the pic below, and have boost (obviously), AFR and maybe Oil Pressure? Also speaking of Oil, are you running an oil cooler? I've seen people use oil coolers on their builds and have seen people not use them is it something necessary on our applications?

no an oil cooler isnt necessary but can be used and def helps out with the high revving ve's when beating on it continuously.

Those three gauges should be necessary and water temp is also a good choice to have.

I got some autometer gauges from Keo. the 3 I'm going to run in the pod are water temp, oil pressure and boost, not necessarily in that order. I also have the oil temp gauge, just need the sensor for it.

As for afr I'm going to run this and prolly mod the cluster an put it in there.

As for the oil cooler, it would be nice to have, but i don't think I'm going to absolutely need one, especially for drag racing. Now if I were building a road race machine, I would def run an oil cooler!

I was think of cutting a place for it it on the tach, above the needle below 4-5 k rpm. I alread have a safc screen on the bottom of my tach gadge.

Got boomstick to take some more pics last night.











You can see how I used the ga16 radiator hose for the bov recirc. I cleaned the shit out of the hose before I put it on.

That red hose looks so out of place with all the blue, but it fits really well lol

It's hard to tell in the pics but we actually had to trim the Blox velocity stack about 2 inches~ and as of right now theres about a half inch gap between the air filter and master cylinder lol. I'm going to get a smaller battery so I can put the filter behind the driver side headlight.
