I was bugging him about this the other day. He's got to buy like two gaskets a bolt and finish the DP. For me I just want this to go down when I have some time.... preferably after NFL season is over.

I know I may be a noob but I thought that 11:1 C/R was too high to run boost stably? At least with stock head gasket? The highest C/R internals I've seen run on DET's, DE+T's, and VE+T's are 9.5:1; do you anticipate any problems with this? 10psi is a nice round number but for SR20's that seem's to be the equivalent of 25psi on say for example an SRT4 :P

stock ve's are 10.3:1 compression.. several people have boosted ve's, you just have to becareful an use the right parts.

11:1? ve is 10.3:1. it all depends on high much boost/heat you are running.

There are some claims that very early VE's where 11:1. No hard proof yet though.
