I run a Johnnyracecar 32x5x2 core and the cold endtank is always cold, even on 15psi tuning. I have been very impressed with it. Josh, what size core is that?

you wont have to worry about your trans man, especially with the thicker oil. My buddies nx is on the the same trans and has been boosted for 3 1/2 years now with a t25 for about 2 years and a t28 for the last year and a half and is always quick shifted into every gear when running it hard. Hasnt missed a beat and it was running mobil1 75w90. He now switched to 85w140 just for safe measures but you wont have anything to worry about at that power level. Our trannies are weak but not that weak. lol. When you start getting into the 350whp range, you then have to start being extra cautious. The trans will take 200-250whp all day long for many many years of abuse.

You are going to need a bigger fmic.

One of the reasons I went big turbo is to get the boost down enough so the air/water didn't have to work as hard.

I agree that intercooler is probably too small for any boost over 10psi. Best way to know is to test it and see.
