i'd recommend doing the tap when you goto do the actual swap. you only want to take the headers/front pipe off once, no fun putting it back together n/a at that point

JRC intercoolers are a good i/c. When i was boosting cars, I ran the Mishimoto 27x12x3 and it fit perfect behind the bumper support without cutting .
