Thanks guys, I'm def excited! Gonna be patient an take my time an do things how I feel is right..

Really hoping the tires and some learning helps me get down the track quicker..

I might of also forgot to mention that Nate and I got a tig welder now we are learning how to tig!

Here is some 3/16 aluminum

Here is a stainless pipe I had layin around, got it to do a waste gate dump back in the day an ended up not using it so been practicing on it..

First few from left to right are just fusion welded then we tried with the wrong filler rod for fun but Shits stuck together we couldn't beat it apart lol, no back purging either..

We are obviously begginers but we are making progress every day, stay tuned for some more custom work coming! We will be doing much nicer jobs on out cars now that we have more equipment to work with

It's all about seat time with TIG. Keep at it and you'll see significant improvement in the coming months!
Also a quality gas lense/cup setup is a great investment from the start.

Decided not to half ass it an reuse the stock ve rods/bolts or use unknown det stuff and just get some Manley rods instead.. I'll get some pics tomorrow

So far the plans are:
VE block
VET cams
CP ve 9.0:1 pistons
Manley rods
Acl 5 hole main bearings
Acl rod bearings
VET head gasket
Mazworx head studs
New det main bolts (can't find gtir main bolts)

With that and the new turbskie my goal is 400+ and I'll prob drive it around on 9-10 psi so whatever that makes.. I'm not really looking to Max it out for all its worth because I don't wanna blow it up, I've done good so far not grenading it with this logic lol

Yeah, that and it's always cooler to say "fully forged engine" haha

We are out of argon, so that's it till we get more..

I made this for my wife tho, it's 1/4" aluminum and I scrubbed it down with scotch brite and painted it with red anodized paint
