Also may be worth it to note I am running a UR underdrive pully on the WP. Gauge is in the mail along with radiator.

I thought the same thing i just ordered a new head gasket, low temp thermostat, and coolant temp sensor

Installed my modded B15 rad, everything is all good...normal driving is around 78*C and if I get on it water temps go up into mid 80s, only sitting after a couple of minutes I saw it go upto 100*c and the fans kicked on and it went back down.
