Welcome to the world of spinning the tires past 100mph, haha. Its fun doing about 70 in 3rd and just nailing the throttle and instantly lighting up the tires as it still throws you back in the seat. Then do about 90 in 4th and do the same exact thing still spinning to 130, lol. At 35psi on the t67 h.o. I was able go up to 110 in 5th gear and punch it and send the speed into the peg just lit up the tires, held it spinning for a couple seconds and let off and the needle came back down to 150 where the speed was at. Its addicting man. My buddy in the car riding along helping me do the tuning about crapped himself when i was like, hey look at this watch the speedo. hahaha. Too bad i didnt take a vid of that little burst.

Glad your enjoying it man. Keep up the good work. Id like to see the comparions of the 16ve cams and n1 cams. Im still using the 16ve cams on my build though.

It doesn't rip tires like the 30r did on 26psi. 430wtq will make glue of the tires in no time

The big tires help with traction quite a bit over my 205s, and even over the 225-50-15. The 225-45-17 Potenzas have a larger footprint.

I know everyone here is sold on the 1.6 cams, but the 20V cams do have better top end. there are quite a few benefits to the 2.0 cam options.

The big power guys around here making 600whp+ are using the N1 cams for some reason. I would like to see what the fuss is about. I am pretty sure the 6262 has a perfect backpressure/boost ratio to make good power with them. But I will have to wait and see if I can get ahold of a set for testing.

I don't think you can really go wrong with any set of cams. they all have treated me well but they all give the engine a different personality altogether. The VET cams were quick spooling, loud, obnoxious, popping/backfiring, in-your-face cams.

the 1.6 cams have a dual personality. Soft and subtle, quiet, then outrageously loud upon engagement with a swift kick. Past 8k they seem a little choked with the 30r.

The 20V cams are a top end monster. Even with the 30R they pulled hard up top. Ahhhh the insanity with the 6262. The noise they make at 8krpm is intoxicating. And I'm constantly banging the limiter. Braaap Braap bang!

I haven't even touched the stock 2.0 cams in a while. Who knows how they would perform in comparison lol.

Yeah if you think the 20v cams have good topend with the 6262 i cant wait for you to feel the 16ve cams again. I really would like to see the comparison. And if you can get ahold of some n1's even more testing.

I am going to double check the timing in the next day or two. Just to double check my mark on the dizzy and to verify it is at 15* All testing will be done AFTER I get the 20V cams dialed in back at 0*. that will be the baseline. And I want to test multiple cams on the same day. Just to take out variables. Shooting for a high boost comparison of 18-20psi.
