I am starting right now. Going to delete the coolant lines, get a 2.5-2.5 silicon coupler (since the 30r has a 2.0" outlet and the 6262 has a 2.5")

I am hoping the downpipe hooks up with no modification as well. The turbine housing on this turbo looks so much smaller than the 30R's huge divided 1.06. But this turbo also weighs slightly less.

I think I have some 2.5" couplers laying around my garage. I'll see if I can find one and hurry and get this thing on there.

I would really love to see a dyno comparison of the 20V cams vs the 1.6 cams on this turbo. But the smoothness in power delivery with the 20V cams is really nice. It really does change the engine's attitude. It has a lot more bark, but a little less mid-range bite. The top end power increase the 20Vs have should yield a pretty good gain over the 1.6 cams over 7500rpm... at least with a more restrictive exhaust anyway.

I think having a setup where the boost/backpressure ratios are as close to 1:1 would show the whole story between cams. So the right cam for your setup may depend on this ratio, in order to determine which one will make the most power.

cant wait to hear the 1.6 cams results on 20 psi , coheed i think the precision will be longer , like center to center of the housings, the precision will push out further , eg

You forget I am using a 1.06 divided housing. That thing is WIDE.

I expect the 6262 to be no longer than 1".

So the manifold/DP combo works with A/C? Looks like it will clear. Very nice.
