oh God, here we go again, jeeze, Just because some people have had "issues" w/ jwt tunes doesnt mean everyone does. lol From what ive seen every single setup ive seen with a jwt ecu on has been rich, not lean.
JWT ecus work just fine. Again keep it simple and make great power all around without worrying about it. With a realtime ecu there is always that chance of error if someone doesnt know exactly what they are doing.
Anyways back on topic,
Im gonna guess around 500awhp at that boost level with the setup. Great flowing turbo, although i hope you have springs and retainers in the head and plan to rev it out more than 8k. With that large turbine housing your not gonna hit full boost till about 5800-6000 but it will hold full power well out past 9k if you rev it out to it. Simple setup, thats all there is to it.
Rev that thing out if you have the parts to do so. If not your gonna be stuck with a powerful but short powerband from about 6-8k if thats what you stop at.
People just need to lay off the back about jwt ecus. They have been used since the beginning of turbo'd sr's. JWT with an SAFC is Golden when it comes to simple setups that have worked great just like a Calum basic with SAFC and so on.
And before you say anything, Yes, I know, He wont make as good of power because he doesnt have a realtime that he can mess with both timing and fuel. lol. That is an obvious. But doesnt mean he still wont make great power. So again, dont take what I say out of context. Im using a Standalone myself and I know the benifits but this whole downplaying JWT and Calum basics is retarded. They do very very well for what they are and especially well with a SAFC on top of it.
