Nah, that VET pump is very beefy. Def beefier in construction than the VE and GTiR pumps.

Want to know the real differences. perhaps the 20V or VET pumps are even better?

i wouldnt know if there was a difference or not i never got the chance to check it side by side with any other ve oil pump because i didnt have any on me at the time which is why i thought they were all the same

do u know where the differences are between the sr20vet oil pump and sr20ve oil pumps are?

Look at the structure of the pump. The VET pump has more latticed structure, with more reinforcement.

It looks like a nicer piece.

SR20VET& 20V oil pumps have more ribbings inside and out than the regular VE.

ive been really looking at going dry sump lately

looking into the mazworx kit and the Z10 kit

the rotors size of the gti-r oil pump is the biggest

the ve has 12*77mm
the vet has 12*77mm
the gtir is about 14*80mm

the sr16ve oil pump is 13500-6M000 - revs 9k in the sr16ve n1
sr20ve oil pump is 13500-1N501 - revs 7,5 k in the sr20ve...

Do you by chance know the difference in width of the oil pump gear between the VET oil pump and DET (non GTiR) oil pump ??
