Not sure if this is part of your question but normal operating water temp is 160-212 deg F.

I have a Greddy meter hooked up to my OBD1 port, and I monitor it all the time.

I run a Koyo R1977, SSAC unwrapped (for now) and CVT (which generates heat). I live in a tropical climate, with ambient temps between 27 - 35 C.
My coolant temps are between 80 and 92 C depoending on fast or slow traffic. I use a HKS Fan controller, which takes readings from the ECU and makes the Mishimoto slimfans kick in at 96 C and switch off at 92 C. AIT´s are around 28 C driving (Injen CAI) and 41 C (after starting a warm engine). I have an oem stat but have a Nismo one at hand.
I need to put a bigger tranny cooler cuz the CVT gets too hot in slow traffic and the Koyortad has no tranny-oil passages, as the oem rad did. The engine oil/coolant temps stay steadier than the CVT-temps in my case.

This as a comparison to youir situation.

When I read your info, I feel that your AEM is not getting the correct readings thus showing low digits throwing off your optimal tuning possibilities.

All is figured out now.

The 70F intake temps are from a log file from the beginning of the year. It wasnt from this past friday.
That was my fault, my tuner pulled up a couple log files when he was showing me the differences b/t last time and this time.
