yeah i got all mine off ebay. I now have the wideband, boost, and fuel pressure. My only odd ball out is gonna be my oil pressure gauge. lol. Its an autometer electronic gauge.

The AEM's are nice though which is why i got them.

How do the AEM Gauges look at night? Do the numbers only light up???

The gauge also has the lit sweeping indicator that is different colors depending where on the gauge the reading is as well as the digital readout.

here is a vid of my car at night with the aem tru boost on the left, wideband on the right.

The numbers and backface do not light up but the digital readout and sweeping is very apparent and does its job.

I got ebay glowshift gauges for water temp, oil press. and boost. No problems with them after 3 yrs and the oil sender hasn't exploded on me

Any opinions one the Stack gauges? They look pretty nice and stack seems to have a good rep. at least for their dash displays. I was looking at their 52mm analog. Thanks

so i ended up buy a prosport boost and oil pressure gauge they came seem pretty sturdy im happy with. now i need a wide band dont want an aem i been leaning to the prosport wideband but i heard it use a 4.9 sensor which i geuss works better on diesel application cars just want an opinion on this if anyone has first hand experience with this gauge is it reads accurate how it works want to keep all gauge matching but ill probably buy the innovative if its not a good gauge

I wound up buying the AEM Uego wideband, and SPI gauges. Can't really complain about them. I tested the gauges for accuracy before I put them in, and they were dead-on. Couldn't test the wideband, but I've always heard the AEM isn't bad at all.

I like quality and proper build parts but as almost everybody on this forum(i guess) i don´t have much money laying around, if i had i probably would be registered on a porsche owners club or ferrari or something...

I have to draw a line and make some shortcuts, and i try to make them were they matter the least... like gauges... on the essential parts i rather buy quality used than ebay...

Lets face it, how much time do you spend reading the gauges? And does it matter their a bit off? Do you tune your car on them? They´re there in 98% of the cases not for fine tuning but to warn you... the wideband yes, it really needs to be accurate, that one i bought from innovate, but the others are there for diagnostic porpuses and warning in case something goes wrong or you are running on higher/lower then normal temps, pressures, etc...

It´s for warning most of the time... even if the gauges didn´t have values on them, like many oem´s don´t, like the saab and volvo boost gauges, or water temp in almost every vehicle on the planet, you would know something´s up just by the needle position...

The wideband, boost and fuel pressure, are the only ones you need to be really accurate on our "amateur tuner" case...

If you are a professional tuner that´s another story... but if you are, are you gonna test your cars on the street?

I remenber a redline magazine test(uk) were they did a back to back boost gauge test, and the the most accurate was a cheap one... how long will it last is another story... but they all read about the same, there wasn´t much of a difference bettwen them... not significant...

Ok if you have the money buy quality ones... pretty sure they will be better... if not buy what you can afford... they don´t matter that much when your in attack mode, they will be usefull when you feel/hear something different...

Im really anal when it comes to gauges matching so I went with INNOVATE which was priced right and matched my wideband..

Boost on the column - water temp / wideband / oil press in center DIN SLOT
