What are you talking about? I'm probably below middle class American. I wasn't making fun of anyone. I understand Defi gauges are expensive but I've used them and can vouch for their quality. There is nothing wrong with saving money to buy the more expensive part that will ultimately last longer and function better. I simply voiced my opinion and backed it up with facts. Isn't that what forums are for?

I gave up and disconnected the oil pressure gauge. I'll buy another eventually, but for now I don't really care.

Good to know

I'd spend good money if I could get parts that didn't break, so I could spend more time having fun with my car. Rather than always working on it.

You don´t have drug gangs that burn up all you have worked for. I am broke and jobless thanks to them. I got the offer from the distributor so I just took it. Better to have these gauges than the Oreilly junk.

I wish I was rich. I wouldn't have to worry about my girlfriends hospital bills or prescriptions as a result of her kidney and liver transplants and cancer bullshit.

True, you gotta run what you can get ahold of. But if you ever have the choice, please go for the DEFI gauges. The cheaper gauges like FAZE, Autometer, Sunpro, all have just given me headaches. I've had more issues with these gauges in the last 5 years than I care to ever have again. Even my boost gauge doesn't read right. what a POS.

If you ever have a choice, def get a set of nice gauges. But take my advice, when the gauges you get start to fail left and right, you will maybe be in a better position to buy the better ones. Everyone has to start somewhere right?

I saved up for months to get my defi gauges. Definitely not rich, but after going through a bunch of different autometer and others, you want the best because you only need to pay once!

It is worth it!

On my EVO:

I will be using the same setup on my SE-R as well. They're easy to read, accurate, and look damn good if you ask me. Can't go wrong with AEM.
