It is now! I had to fight keeping my neck/head from leaning forward in second gear on a wet road. Did not loose traction for a second, first gear lights up the tires though.

20V (I had the VET confused with 20V) low lobes are like regular DE cams, so the gas mileage would be marginally better then DE (because of better VE head flow). But otherwise it's pointless
. I think I'll try to either fab up or get a custom made tubular manifold that fits my piping.
Also I netted 34mpg on the highway with the current setup.
