Put a towel over the valve cover and crank the motor over without the plugs in there and shoot the fuel out of the cylinders. You didnt install the injectors correctly then if they were new o-rings. It probably ripped when you installed them. You have to be sure to lube the o-rings good when you put the injectors in.
When installing them dont push them down straight in. Use a twisting back and forth motion while applying a slight pressure until they full seat. Again make sure to lube the o-rings. I usually just use a lot of spit and never had any problems with o-rings leaking, cracking, splitting, tearing or falling out with no pintle cap on there.
Do it right once and be done.
Oh i put them in like you said to. Used a little silicone spray lube and apply gentle pressure with a channel lock turning back and forth as i go. Not the first time ive done them.
I'm gonna manually turn over the motor tomorrow to make sure it isn't seized. Then, provided i can get the starter to work, ill crank it to blow out the gas in the cylinders.
