Bottom line to your question above is no.

It is ill advised to reuse stock bolts.

Still can anyone from here recommend where to get hold of the cosworths..cause i cant seem to find them.
Also i thought the arp's for the gtir were still good...unlike the shorter studs for the 11mm sr20's??

Oh I gotcha.

Well I've never heard anyone use non-oem 12mm GTI-R head bolts.

How much power are you planning to make and at what boost?

As much boost as necesary to max out my setup ..
everything else would be able to handle more im sure, my turbo is going to be the limiting factor here rated at 525hp (hks 3037 pro s with .78 twin scroll hsg)
I just wanted more than a high peak figure...so here's hoping will give me earlier spool and strong midrange too.
I think 550hp should be achievable with probably 26lbs in it on E85.

Why would you need 12mm cosworth or AEBS head studs for only 26lbs???? Which I guess Im not sure if either were made. Get the normal AEBS or greddy heads studs and you will be perfectly fine. If you were going for 40+lbs of boost maybe.....
Well whatever floats your boat, just an opinion
