I believe they declared bankruptcy, but that doesn't mean they did not produce a good product. I'll take my Greddy head studs any day over the ARP's. Why would we argue over a $150 dollar difference in price when we are talking thousands of dollars into a built motor. Your only as good as you weakest part. Now Im probably more preaching to the big 25+lbs of boost guys but the concept holds true. You can nickel and dime a semi-built car with a t25/28 and not much boost and if thats what your doing than get the OEM head studs which work great if your not going big.
If you are building a crazy set-up we all know $350 is not a lot for some good head studs. Look what supra guys spend on their L19's as well as EVO's ect...
If engine takes a crap because some ARP's are in there under 30lbs of boost it is no ones fault but our own. We spend lots on our cars and if you push the envelope hard stuff breaks. Its a couple bucks spent in better security and
peace of mind......just IMO.

^Dude what are you talking about? Me saying they went bankrupt had nothing to do with me thinking they had sh*t quality. I've always liked greddy's stuff. That wasn't a diss post. I was just stating facts on their status as in where would I be able to get the greddy studs now. I don't care about a cheap azz nickel and time t25/t28 budget turbo build. I buy quality parts all the time.

For the record I built a IS300 turbo car with a friend that had ARP head studs and he made 761 RWHP dyno proven and it held up well. The car is sold now, so I don't know the status of it. I don't care about this cheap SR20 halo people lay on the community either, I'm not a cheap guy.

Those looking for GTiR headstuds, what are your goals? I know Snickers made 500+whp on stock bolts and gasket and did fine...

Thank you. I was not saying he was cheap in the least bit. Its the concept of trying to save a couple hundred bucks when you have spent thousands, nothing more than that.

Well I got them through one of my distributors so the price is wholesale. shipped they were $318, which is i guess $175 more then the ARP's. Still peace of mind for $175 more with a car that has over $20k into it is worth it.
