it's something I've been looking into, I will let everyone know later. But I want to be 100% sure that it will work before I have people go out and buy them.
it's 11x1.5m threads (same as ours) under $150 shipped and it's has the dog leg at the bottom.
edit: also the top part of the studs is the same as the ARP. the nut and washers are the same size and threads.
info from there site:
· Made from 4340 material heat treated to 180 KSI minimum
· Hex broach in top of stud for easy install
· Dog point bottom for thread & block stress relief
· Untouched finish on threads for more accurate torque values
· Optimized diameter on body of studs offer a much stiffer clamping force for extreme turbo and high RPM applications
· Kits come complete with precision 12 pt. nuts, hardened washers and detailed installation instructions
· These kits use original OEM torque specs so there is no block distrotion like other main stud manufacturers!
· Kits have been race proven and tested to WELL over 1000 WHP!!!
I was thinking the same thing, so I figured I'd get it to measure it up. the company is Golden Eagle http://www.goldeneaglemfg.com/index.html and I haven't found any issue anywhere on any forums yet.
