Yep, agree with Ashton here. Block is done for, no repairing that. Today I just ran into an odd issue with an engine that was rebuilt by a reputable business a couple years ago, the engine maybe had 2K on it, the crankshaft was bowed in the middle and then stress cracks were forming on the 2nd and 4th main journals that are inline with the casting mark that runs from the front of the crank to the rear. Never saw a crankshaft actually crack on an SR20, but appearantly, they can if you leave it stored incorrectly long enough and throw in an engine and force it to turn over. Needless to say, its a small setback, so now, more bearings to be ordered with a different GOOD crankshaft. Engine had zero rod knock either, all rod bearings were fine, and mains did not spin at all, just wore odd.
