Shorter the piping, the better. I would suggest 2" hot, and 2.5 cold w/Greddy type-s bov. As far as intercooler, look for something along the lines like 20x6x3. Give or take on measurements.(if you don't wanna go cutting up your bumper get 6" in height)It fits perfect. Also try to use 45* rather then 90* when possible.

Here are some pictures of my work,

Most of those Ebay piping kits are crap. The pipes aren't bead rolled, the couplers, clamps are crappy and there really isn't a kit made for our cars. I suggest you either buy a used kit in good condition or have someone with welding skills make you one.

Stay away from buying EBAY BOV's.

i believe i used 3 u-j bends from vibrant... i welded them together where needed to reduce the chances of couples popping off or leaks...

yeah i dont care about bead rolled, becuase i'll have to cut them anyways. i might go mild steel so that ways i can weld that.. but i would rather go alum.

i know t25 should be 2", but is 2.5 really that much lag?

You don't really need 2.5". If I recall correctly the best way to run piping is to use 2" on the hotside and 2 1/4" on the cold side.
