Yes the exhaust is for a b13. I will check some local shops and see what they offer. It appears that the VRS piping kit is $150 so that may also be an option.

3" VRS SS P11 piping kit coasted about $220 shipped from LikeTheMovies. That's the same price that MandrelBentSystems charges for 3" steel.
