It'll get the job done.
No need to go crazy. Simple setups work to. You can spend the extra money somwhere else.
You will make just as much HP.

with this being said. for those staying single coil i heard the m&w pro 10 with a crane ps92 coil is very efficient but a little costly. it does get rid of the factory ignitor though which is why alot of honda guys opt to go this route. its a good route for some one with a b14 trying to convert to external coil

I would consider individual coil setup if my car was just driven at the track. But i see too many failures on individual coils. I can't see why, but it seems to be the case too often for my tastes.

I would go with a boost-a-coil setup and utilize the stock coil Unless I planned on revving higher than 9000rpm. If that were the case I would go with some higher end components.

Msd6 n coil sounds like a good plan rob.

Ur motto is keep it simple, so go with that.

Less things to fail and if they do less to trouble shoot.

Stratton.

How do you use individual coils with a digital6?

I have a 6AL in my B13. Does this do anything for me besides give my engine bay a certain 1980s look?

Its shaped like a brick and kind of reminds me of the old Stillen valve covers.... I think Rich is the only guy on the forum running one recently.

I have one and no one would find it if I didn't tell them where it is. You don't have to put it in the engine bay and trust me it supports alot of power.

6al does it job you can see the difference in spark with the msd over the stock ignition.

with that being said, i still prefer crane ignition systems
