Probably closest match will be Pulsar GTI-R transmission. Its the only AWD manual transmission that i can think of that will bolt straight to an SR20 and will hold any kind of turbo power, but even then, they're not known to be the strongest gearboxes for a turbo car.

The JDM P11 and U14 also come with a 4WD manual transmission, they use the small spline clutch set up, and looks just like the 2WD version, but with a transfer case.

P10 did as well, but they're a 32 series gearset as far as i'm aware and so they're not really suited to a factory turbo setup, will fail even more quickly than a GTI-R, especially if the guy is pushing more boost.

Only up side is that they are probably more common for the main gearset replacement parts, but not so common for transfer case parts.
