lol, Its a flow control valve for the clutch. I could have guessed that without even looking at the paper. Its just a cheater to preloading but in my opinion preloading would provide more benifit. The flow control valve would help if you didnt get a good preload on the drivetrain before the launch and keep from breaking axles and crap.

not entirely correct bud...it is more designed to slip the clutch for you so that you will get consistent 60's with the car because the clutch will engage at the same speed every time, so all you do is side step it and let the valve do the work
