motor is in-a while now but it is in...not much more to finish now...started to look promissing but ran into issues with fitment, had to get rid of my minty almost new koyo radiator in place of a half core civic race radiator to allow my lovefab manifold and oversized hair drier

manifold(cody called me a liar and said there is no possible way that it is hitting the radiartor and my turbo hits the rad support)

manifold hitting radiator-notice where i trimmed the rad support

another angle

close up with out turbo

with new half core radiator

got bored so i painted my wheels, the pic does it no justice at all...there is a ton of flake and shiny as fcuk and the paint flips quite a bit

made a guage cluster

looks good man, half size radiator ftw. Ive never had issues with mine I got soo much crap for using it but the dual core half width w/ single flexalite 1250 cfm fan, mezier electric wp and no t-stat, i never hit above 181 deg even after pull after pull on the dyno and on the street. I usually see about 150-160 cruising around and stop and go. Even in the 120 deg summers stop and go, highest was about 175 deg. I love it. So its more than functional and the setup never gave me any problems. So cant complain at all. If you want it to look nicer just spend the extra money on getting some fittings welded on and do braided hose and so on so and maybe make a cooling plate like I did to hide it.

Cant wait to see results from this man.

that is my only concern with the half core, TEMPS...its thick as fcuk but i am still leary about it...i did get the weld on -16 ends and fittings and hose...i have a brand new OEM waterpump and nismo t-stat (170* i believe) forget how many cfm the fan flows but it is a 12 or 14" spall...guess i'll have to wait and see how everything works, shouldn't be long...just have to get the purple car finished so i can get my cousin off my back and, a local kid is up my ass to do his VE swap

Get yourself a single Flexalite 1250 cfm fan. You wont be dissapointed. They are pricey but well worth the money, they have a rubber seal around the outside so they create their own shroud. You wont have temp problems I can guarantee it.

The spal fans just dont have a good coverage area like the flexalites do.
