The downpipe is not definitive, it´s to close to the alternator... i´ll be making a "dent" of some sort to make some more distance... but it´s getting there... i said i would do it... let´s see how this turbo matches up with the engine...

Geez for a cheap alternative I gotta say this looks like a huge hassle. I'd probably have opted for expensive international shipping of OEM Nissan parts.

That being said you might want to just take a pie cut out of that DP piece to get it to turn tighter. Sure its not mandrel bent but will get the pipe back on track with one weld.

Your somewhat right... thing´s just got out of hand... but i said i would do it... and i don´t give up easy...

Even tough, i think it´s still cheaper than OEM parts and pretty sure it has tones more potential... but alot of custom work for sure...

wow it just needs like an extra inch or so of room between the downpipe and alternator, I'd definitely use some heat wrap on it being that close. I commend your perseverance, I hope it pays off well for you.

Crappy cam... the low deep drone from the 3" exhaust interfears with the cam microphone...

The td05h 16g (6cm2) seems to match the DE really well... comes on boost from around 2000, 0.45bar by 3000, the max i´m runing right now... really really strong... alot of torque it seems... could no use it to full potential, but i like it...

I´m over the moon... i love it... All tuned and running pretty great... only 7 psi... enjoy...
