Well in that case 10k in the trans, I know that dogbox alone is a good 5-6k US Either way with the bellhousing and so on, thats a lot of money in the trans.

Yeah i wouldn't spend all that $. Truly Ashton if you keep going at it you're bound to catch some eyes and maybe something will work out for you via sponsorship.

10k is not alot though... what have you spent on your transmission build on your b13?

$550 lol. Heat treated gears & JGY LSD lock and that's it.

Put it this way, i have about 15k into my entire build. Thats motor, 6 speed swap, and everything included. Im pretty sure the 6 speed will reliably get me in to the mid 9's without a problem at 160+mph. Its a strong trans. Much stonger than the GTIR trans thats for sure. The cost of the trans swap was about 2500 for me. So yeah, well worth it and not a single problem.

eh, I already did that. There wasnt anyone there that was even a challenge. Especially not for this setup. I killed everyone on my old 60 trim turbo setup and was out almost every weekend. There wasnt a single car there that could compete with a 460whp on pump gas 2100 lb Nissan, I still had another 90whp available on race gas if need be, which there never was.
