As for the evo 8 hood vent, I got it from a buddy that found it on ebay. I paid 75 bucks for the complete vent.

I did, the first one I had. I got another later down the road. Same way. Ebay. Just gotta keep an eye out for them. They pop up every now and then.

Ashton I do have a question having the wideband so close to the end of the pipe affect your a/f readings at all? There is a scavenging affect on dohc engines (valve overlap), just curious since I have never had a stand alone.

on a boosted car you wont have scavaging. lol. At idle there is little little overlap on the cams so your not going to have a problem. I ran my o2 like this on my last setup and saw no issues with it, even at idle with low exhaust velocity.

Again at wide open there is no chance of fresh air hitting that sensor.
