If you want my current manifold pm me an offer on it and I will see. Its a great flowing manifold and can clear the radiator and support by welding a 90 deg tube coming off the manifold downward. The compressor housing of my t67 h.o. and all cleared the radiator support easily. Just gotta do the downpipe on the other side. which shouldnt be hard to do as there is plenty of room where it positions it. You can see in these pics the turbo clears everything just fine. Depending on the size of your compressor housing and what turbo you use, you may have to trim the hood webbing just a tad. I didnt have to on my 60 trim but did with the t67 h.o.





You can see here with the cooling plate on it doesnt come anywhere near where the radiator and support would be.

Well got some of my big stuff in.

Mazworx sleeved and stepped VE block, 86mm bore and hone.
Mazworx hall sensor kit to eliminate the distributor all together.
Mazworx 1/2" head studs
Supertech 123 lb seat pressure Dual springs w/ Titanium retainers.
ACL Race 5 hole main bearings, STD size
ACL Race GTIR 19mm rod bearings, STD size

Oil pump was decked to match the block and block drilled and tapped for 1/2" studs and oil drain. Looks really good and cant wait to get home and start assembly.











Also my D.O.C. custom topmount T4 turbo manifold is complete fitted with my new JGS 50R 50mm wastegate. Waiting on that to arrive and ill post pics when my wife takes them.

Next big thing is the cage to get done which will be probably end of March. So might be a while for an update except for when my Crower rods arrive with all my other stuff from Greg V.

LOL, Admittedly I cut some corners on my last setup when problems arose while it was just minor damage that occured the setup was still plenty capable and useful. I would have had to just throw a new set of rings in the block as it appears the top ring cracked due to detonation. I could have just continued on with that setup but I looked at it as a point to upgrade all I could and especially since I have the money to do so, why not. Trying to make it as bullet proof as I can. I can gurantee you no corners will be cut on this setup. Everything will be checked and double checked. While I had stuff that happened that was out of my hands that it would have been hard to catch because it was iffy, it cost me either way because I decided eh ill see what happens. There wont be any of that. If any question arises that something doesnt look right, believe me it will be gone over until its out of the question.

Also have my upgraded CP SR20VE pistons coming in soon from Poor-boys-parts. Hell of a deal on them with the upgraded tool steel wrist pins. Cant say enough great stuff about those guys and the deals they have given me.

Ill keep it updated as the last couple big things come in. Cant wait to get the cage, chute, and window net done soon. Almost there.

Block looks good.

Do you happen to have any pictures of an installed hall sensor setup?
