its a better trigger than the dizzy, even when the AEM cas wheel has been installed...even though it is not 100% because it will still have a slight timing offset under high RPM and heavy loads due to some chain stretch and slack and just the force exerted on the tensioner, the best way would be to put a trigger wheel on the crank pulley
