So it is the exhaust manifold, that's what I was afraid of. Looks like nothing off the shelf will really work with my fitment then. Guess I'll be welding my own.

Your radiator placement looks really good, blends it pretty well I would say.

If you wanna keep AC, prob no option for you. Get a tight fitting manifold, but anything tubular will reduce clearance.

Moving the radiator forward was a tough decision for me to make. But I'm happy it turned out the way it did. I may make a plate like Ashton!

Do it, it will look sick, It cost me 40 bucks for the metal shop to make one and that was with the material. All i did was handed them the cardboard template i made and whalla, perfect fit. I marked and drilled my own bolt holes which since you already did that you can just slide it under there after making a slit and drill once in position. Pretty easy and looks much better than having a big open area right there

It looks like your manifold design killed the spacing for your radiator to me Coheed.

Yup. They modeled this from a P10 engine bay, so when it went in the B14, there was a lot less room than expected.

Improvise

I am really really happy with it now though. And everything is so much more accessible now. I can just pull the radiator and remove the manifold that way. And I don't have to hurt my head trying to figure out exactly how the manifold is supposed to fit.

For a TS manifold, it is about as close as you can get to the block.
