I think it just dawned on me why it may have still idled warm. Remember I said where I now have my BOV routed to the intake manifold according to Vadims diagram, I formerly had that line going to the intake after MAF/before turbo? So it WAS getting some air....However, not only was that signal nipple in the wrong location but it was at least half the diameter it needed to be. When I would pinch this line the motor would stall.
