Oh, and fuel pressure is all correct. Roughly 38 with key on and primed pump, same at idle, 44 or so with vac pulled.

vac leaks were one of the first things mentioned at the start of this thread lol

This vac leak is a new issue since a few months ago in march. However, this new vac leak was potentially keeping the new o2 from doing its job to bring the car to idle with a cold motor.

A cold motor idle has been the ongoing issue.

It was suggested to adjust the throttle stop and bleed air screw. Ideas? Where would I find that?

Ben, you're such a spoonfeeder!! lmao. Glad you got it running right. Anytime your afr's change for no reason you should check for vac/boost leaks.

throttle stop is on the throttle body near the butterfly. It's a fairly small screw. The air bleed is on the iacv but if iirc you have to put the car in timing mode to adjust your idle correctly.

A quick googled resulted in many sources saying the same thing: NEVER touch that screw! Ugh!!!

Going through some similar issues with my car currently. Good read. I am going to have my friend weld a bung onto my ic pipe so i can hook my iacv back up and start from there. I don't have the required equipment to weld alum. or i would do it myself.

Deleting it has been the single worst thing i have ever done to the car. Nothing like having to sit in the car for a few min to get it to idle in the morning.:o

2nd on the list will be checking for vac. leaks. Then check and re adjust the timing if needed.

So I bumped the crap out of the cold enrichment setting. Every tune I've seen starts at 55 and declines to 0 eventually through the temperature range as it warms. With a cold motor, I bumped that 55 as high as 200 with no change to the idle, It still didn't. But fuel was certainly affected as when I throttled it, It got choppy as all hell, breaking up a ton! But idle and AFR's weren't affected.

Okay so you've fixed your more recent warm idle issue. That's good.
Remind us again, your cold idle is steady, but too low, correct? Like 650 rpm?
