1) please let me know your hot idle afr
2) hot idle afr if idle screw rotate to maximum
3) capture a picture of your throttle body

At work and will update hopefully tomorrow.

1: will update
2: all connections and clamps good and tight
3: will update
4: 13.5-14.0 (was 14.6-15.0 till I found leaks)
5: will update
6: I have not bypassed BUT I've tee'd for turbo lines
7: will update

I greatly appreciate the help you're trying to provide me man but I need you to help me help you....so I'll ask again..it won't idle cold without my foot on the throttle so at what rpm do you want me to take a cold idle AFR reading with my foot on the throttle to force an idle?

No purpose to doing that.. the fuel injected in the cylinder will depends on the fuel map and warm up enrichment ... this is no help to find idle problem

at the same time when you test , please give more detail of the cold idle problem.

** without press on the pedal **
Engine never been fire up and run at all ? Any backfire ?
In this case...try to crank for 20 second .. and take out the spark plug to check whether the fuel is too much or too little to cause this issue
too much = spark tip wet badly
too little = dry condition without or very little gasoline smell

Any setting for cold idle enrichment in calum which is coolant based ?

Just leaving work....

I unplugged one IACV solenoid, then the other, then both. Nothing affected the idle. I opened the idle screw all the way and now in warming her up for an AFR reading......

120* F : 16.5-17.0
130* F : 15.5
135* F : 13.5
160* F : 13.1-13.2
160* F heat on full blast: 12.8

180*F Warm motor AFR idle screw open: 13.1
180*F Warm motor AFR idle screw closed: 13.1
Warm motor in neutral, foot on throttle @ 2k rpm: 14.6-15.0
Cruising, no boost, 10-25 ln.hg 14.6-15

I will say this, For the first time ever Having had the idle screw open all the way with a cold motor, she really tried hard to idle bouncing around 200-400 rpm then finally stalling. That's the most cold idle I've ever had! However, with a warm motor the idle screw does absolutely nothing. She sits steady at 900 rpm no matter what.

Now at a red light, 14.0

Rest of the ride at a stop AFR's are good at 14.6-15

Really inconsistent

There is a setting for realtime using tunerPro. I believe it is merely a timing adjustment based on coolant temp starting at -40*C and going up. Every single .bin tune I've looked at all have a 55 in the 4 coldest settings, eventually tapering off to 0 at the warmest temp. No matter how much I bump that 55 there is no cold idle change.

And I know by my AFR temp list above she is either getting too much air or not enough fuel when she's cold....but no matter what I do I can't adjust that shit!

Well, it is what it is. Dunno exactly what you're looking for but this is the best I can do without taking things apart....

Ok, what is this sensor under the TB? Its an air sensor of sorts with two nipples. PLEASE tell me this has something to do with my cold idle!!! If so I can almost guarantee this will solve everything and I'll tell you why....
